Managed Accounts Service

Our managed accounts service will provide support in recieving a clients personal budget and will manage this on their behalf via direct payments to the client. This could be due to various circumstances where the client feels it's more secure and trustworthy for us to manage their budget.

We will provide ease of mind by insuring all bills, invoices and correspondence for your care are dealt with, the clients budget will be monitored daily to ensure the clients budget doesn't decrease to levels that could be a issue or to underline any costs that need to be addressed. It is entirely up the client how much control over this process they wish to have.

 

Free telephone support and free client statements are avaliable on request. Face to face visits can be arranged upon set up if the client chooses or would like to do so.

All staff are DBS/CRB checked. Staff qualifications include accountancy, book keeping NVQ, Sage 50 Payroll, ITQ level 1/2. IDK has had over 300 Support Plans agreed through Sheffield City Council. Has Public Liability, Employers Liability insurance and Professional Indemnity.
